Ben and Chris were totally knowledgeable and patiently worked with me until a product was chosen. At that point, the floor was quickly and masterfully installed to meet a deadline I had. The installers themselves were meticulous, efficient and polite. The new hardwood floors are beautiful! I'm really impressed by how smoothly this company works and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for flooring.

Chris, Ben and and the entire Old Town Flooring cadre are just outstanding. They recently installed both engineered hardwood and luxury vinyl in our new addition. We live on Daufuskie and that always adds a layer of complication. Chris’s crew took the ferry across and in 4 hours transformed our new addition. The team took great care to insure both floorings were meticulously installed. The price was very fair, especially considering the added complication of transporting tools and equipment to the island. Highly recommend them and would DEFINITELY use them again. Thank you!

WALKED IN HERE ON A WHIM AFTER GOING TO HOME DEPOT. Was met by a young man in his twenties but far more mature and professional than a typical 20 year old. I found out the next day it was the owners son from Chris the owner himself who showed up the very next morning as scheduled , called me promptly with a price and actually closed the deal and installed the very next day . It was the epitome of a handshake deal and he far surpassed any and all expectations with material, quality, workmanship etc. I’d recommend him to anyone without hesitation. He’s a family business who cares about all the details. My dad would say “ in a world of incompetence you shine” well Chris and family are brilliant and kudos to him for raising a spectacular son . 10 Stars if possible

Chris at Old Town Flooring has a great selection of products, very reasonable pricing and exceptional customer service. I had chosen some flooring that first was available and then the producer pushed delivery back by two months but Chris was able to source it and get it the same week. That is extraordinary right now. I highly recommend him without reservation.

If I could give Old Town Flooring 10 stars I would. Not only were they patient with me while I chose a floor, they knew my timeframe was tight and got the job done quickly. We are so happy with Chris & Cole and will be sure to share our experience with everyone we know.
